RETURN POLICY

All items must be returned in the same condition in which the item was received
Items that have been worn, washed, altered or do not have tags attached will be refused and sent back at an additional charge
A full refund will be issued to the original payment method (minus a $10 restocking fee) once we have inspected the item
Puka has the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements
To request a return please email shells@pukathelabel.com within 14 days of the delivery date. All returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the return label
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
