RETURN POLICY

• All items must be returned in the same condition in which the item was received

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered or do not have tags attached will be refused and sent back at an additional charge

• A full refund will be issued to the original payment method (minus the shipping cost) once we have inspected the item

• Puka has the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements

• To request a return please email shells@pukathelabel.com within 14 days of the delivery date

• All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

• We do not accept exchanges at this time
