Refund policy
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, undamaged items with all original tags attached, initiated within 14 days of delivery. We cannot accept items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged. If your return does not meet these requirements when it arrives at our warehouse, we will reach out to let you know. The item can be returned to you at your expense or donated, whichever you prefer.
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Options
Through our returns portal, you can choose to receive a refund to your original payment method, an exchange for a different size, or store credit in the form of a gift card.
Return Shipping
At checkout, you have the option to add return coverage for a small fee. If added, the $10 handling fee is waived on both returns and exchanges. If you opt out at checkout, a $10 handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Exchanges are available through our returns portal. Select your new size and we will ship it out right away. The same return shipping policy applies.
Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
International and Canadian Orders
All sales to Canada and international destinations are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
