SHIPPING

  • We currently only ship within the USA
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically take 1-3 days to process
  • We do not refund shipping charges for packages that are refused by customers, returned because of failed delivery attempts, or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address
  • As soon as your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number

LOST PACKAGES

  • Puka is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
  • If your package has been lost or stolen, please reach out to your local carrier for more information. All lost claims must be made by the customer to the carrier selected at checkout
  • We will not resend or refund lost packages that have been confirmed delivered by the carrier
