SHIPPING

We ship to the United States and Canada. Orders are processed Monday through Friday within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Canadian Orders

All orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees collected by UPS at the time of delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Duties on clothing from non-CUSMA countries are typically 16 to 18%, plus applicable GST/HST. Puka The Label is not responsible for any additional charges incurred at customs.

Delivery

Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines are at the carrier's discretion. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but your package has not arrived, please check with neighbors and contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We do not refund shipping charges for packages returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer refusal. Re-shipment is at the customer's expense.
