We ship within the USA and to Canada.

Please note: All orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. These charges are collected by UPS at the time of delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. Duties on clothing from non-CUSMA countries are typically 16–18%, plus applicable GST/HST. Puka The Label is not responsible for any additional charges incurred at customs.

Processing Time Orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically take 1–3 business days to process. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Confirmation As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Delivery We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines are at the carrier's discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery We do not refund shipping charges for packages that are refused by the customer, returned due to failed delivery attempts, or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us for any of these reasons, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipment.

Returns We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Items must have all original tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please visit our returns portal. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Canadian Returns Canadian customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges and duties paid are non-refundable.
